【instructions】This gene encodes a glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored cell membrane glycoprotein. In addition to being highly expressed in the prostate it is also expressed in the bladder, placenta, colon, kidney, and stomach. This gene is up-regulated in a large proportion of prostate cancers and is also detected in cancers of the bladder and pancreas. 多肽一般是强调线性序列，即一级结构；蛋白质一般是强调一个三维空间结构的术语，即蛋白质具有二级结构、三级结构和四级结构。
